(1) What are the refurbished products certified by amazfit?

The refurbished products certified by amazfit are the amazfit products returned by customers after unpacking. They are almost brand-new and are treated through the strict refurbishment process of amazfit before sales. Although a few devices will be returned due to technical problems, we have evaluated each device to ensure that it meets the quality standards of amazfit.

Each amazfit certified refurbished product:

All modules have undergone complete functional tests, and any defective modules found during the tests will be replaced.

Amazfit watch devices that require replacement parts are not included in the refurbished products certified by amazfit.

After thorough cleaning process and inspection.

Repacking (including proper product manuals, connecting wires, new packing boxes, etc.).

It includes the operating system originally installed on the device, or in some cases, an updated version of the system.

After passing the final QA inspection, it will be put into the saleable refurbished product inventory.

The refurbishment procedure follows the same basic technical guidelines as the amazfit intact product test procedure.

(3) Amazfit return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of amazfit, you can return the intact amazfit for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of amazfit. The returned amazfit must come in its original packaging containing all accessories, manuals and instructions.
